WHAT IS COVERED

EZ Air 4×4 warrants its products to the original purchaser, when properly installed and used under normal conditions, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a defect is covered, EZ Air 4×4 will, at its option, repair or replace the affected part free of charge to the original purchaser.

For four (4) years after that first year, EZ Air 4×4 will repair or replace defective parts at its production cost, with the buyer covering shipping.

HOW TO GET SERVICE

Contact us before shipping anything back. All returns must be packaged to avoid damage in transit, as we cannot be responsible for damage caused by poor packaging.

NOT COVERED

• Shipping costs
• Damage caused by the customer, including misuse, accident, or weather
• Use inconsistent with the product’s design
• Cosmetic blemishes or aesthetic changes that do not affect how the product works
